These are important questions that you need to ask if you are a first-time founder. When I started my first company, I had never even heard the term “Corporate Culture”. And, as you might guess, I did absolutely nothing to mindfully create the culture I wanted, so I got the culture I deserved. And, I can assure you, that is never a good thing.
