“I think of it as a duty as a business owner to have a positive impact on your community” says O’Hara who spent the earlier years of her career in finance. “I was very profit driven most of my career and have come to realize that there's so much more than just the bottom line. I've been able to see the interconnectedness between profit and people and planet.”
